The Foundation Plan - $1795.00
White Veil Studios offers a straight forward pricing structure based upon the single Foundation Plan. You then add options you desire with a discount based upon how many options are added. This is our minimum charge for Saturday weddings.
1. The Foundation Plan provides 8 hours of continuous coverage, allowing you ample time for coverage of:
The bride and groom getting ready,
A First Look session,
The ceremony,
Group portraits,
A fun location shoot nearby,
The reception, including toasts, first dance, bouquet toss, garter toss, and cake cutting.
2. Covers travel expenses in Western Washington.
3. More than 800 color and black&white images, edited and retouched at our discretion,
delivered on DVD.
4. An on-line gallery where your friends and relatives may order prints. This remains on-line for 6 weeks or as long as prints continue to be ordered.
5. A Looseleaf Proof Album with up to 300 4″ X 6″ Prints.
Additional event coverage is available at $75.00 per 1/2 hour.
A’ La Carte Options:
A price reduction is based upon the number of A’ La Carte options selected at the time of booking and is applied to the total of both the Foundation Plan and the options together.
Discounts:
Foundation Plan plus 1 option added: Subtract 5%
Foundation Plan plus 2 options added: Subtract 6%
Foundation Plan plus 3 options added: Subtract 7%
OPTION A - A 2 hr. Engagement Shoot including one 8″X10″ print and one 12 page booklet to hold 20-24 4X6 prints. $325
OPTION B - A leather bound guest book custom made with 20 of your engagement photos Space is provided for signatures and messages from your wedding guests. $165
OPTION C - A 9″X12″ Classic Elegance Wedding Album with 40 page sides (80-160 images). $890
OPTION D - A 12″X12″ Classic Elegance Wedding Album with 40 page sides (80-160 images). $985
OPTION E - An 8″X8″ Classic Elegance Parents Album with 40 page sides (80-160 images). $685
OPTION F - An 8″X11″ Classic Elegance Parents Album with 40 page sides (80-160 images). $790
OPTION G - Release of a pair of White Doves from a heart shaped basket. $84
(FREE if the bride wears a wedding veil with her dress)
OPTION H - A DVD slide show to play on your television. This is menu driven and includes
music. $189
Images for your wedding album are arranged in a sequence that visually tells the story of your wedding day. Images become part of the bound pages and are printed edge to edge across the page.

1. Presentation Box with sliding lid and photo montage insert, with up to 200 4″X6″ Prints. $115.00
2. Presentation Box with sliding lid and photo montage insert, with up to 300 4″X6″ Prints. $165.00
3. 16″X20″ Framed Signature Board with 6″X9′ or 8′X10″ Print. $195.00
Additional Notes:
As required by law, we collect Washington state sales tax. This varies between 8.4% and 9% depending on your city. A retainer payment equal to 1/3 of your cost ($500.00 minimum) is due at the contract signing to reserve your date with us.
