Mearle focuses more than 30 years of award winning photographic experience on you and your wedding day. From a folding medium format camera that his father used for wedding photography, to 4X5 large format photography, on to a superb Mamiya medium format camera and through numerous digital camera evolutions, he knows cameras and photographic techniques intimately.
But technical knowledge alone is not enough. Photography is in fact an art form. In the brief flicker of a camera shutter, you have to capture a single instant that summarizes long sequences of events, and do it in a way that pulls at the heart strings. A picture is not always equal to a thousand words; when you have only said one word, "WOW!", we know we have done our job well.
Quite a large shindig today at the Puyallup Pavilion again. Lots of frisky dancing, great music, and karaoke singing by the guests. Fun!

Elvis and Holly led their wedding ceremony at the Elma Church of God, followed by a reception at the Microtel Inn & Suites in Elma.
Might as well have a little fun while I’m at it here. 
A fine wedding for SheAnna and Brent at Jesus Name Pentecostal church in Chehalis. It’s just awesome to me when the bride places a high priority on allowing me to play with the bridal party and take the time to find some cool locations for our photography. I don’t ordinarily blog quite so many from a wedding, but these all were just too cool.
